Each order is subject to a minimum purchase of one pack. Any returns will incur an additional collection charge and a restocking fee, 15% of the order value. To avoid doubt, however, please request a sample of the required brick.

Occasionally delivered bricks are broken in transport. Please allow a 10% breakage per pack. Purchaser must inspect all brick packs prior to signing the delivery note and will have 24 hours to e-mail or call the office, stating the issue with photographic evidence.

Orders of less than 4 packs, maybe delivered kerbside on a tail lift lorry. Parking on pavement or council-owned land is prohibited.

Orders above 5 packs are delivered with a crane lorry to the kerbside. Parking on pavement or council-owned land is prohibited.

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring adequate access for the delivery and must advise of any restrictions which may result in an unsuccessful delivery. If restrictions are in place and no email stating this has been received, the driver must return to our facility and a delivery charge will be incurred.

The advertised price per brick is based on purchases in excess of 10 packs. Prices shown are exclusive of V.A.T. calculated at the current rate by law.
