Delivery
Free in–store collection
Free Click & Collect is available on all orders from our Croydon store, Monday–Friday, 09:00–16:00.
Standard delivery
FREE standard delivery on orders over £250 (excluding bricks & blocks), typically within 2–3 working days across Greater London.
Bricks & blocks delivery
Because of their weight, bricks & blocks are delivered on a dedicated vehicle:
- £85 per pack for 1–4 packs
- £350 per order for 5 or more packs
Usually delivered within 2–3 working days across Greater London.
Where we deliver
We deliver throughout Greater London, covering inner London (E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W, WC) and outer London (BR, CR, DA, EN, HA, IG, KT, RM, SM, TN, TW) postcodes.
Our minimum order value is £300.00 + VAT.
Returns
- 30–day window — return items within 30 days of delivery.
- New condition — products must be unused and in a resaleable condition.
- Restocking fee — a 25% restocking fee applies to returns.
- How to return — in store or by post; return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds — processed within 5 days of us receiving your return.
- Exchanges — we’re happy to arrange an exchange where possible.
Damaged or incorrect items
